CHSP Flange Type Collector

A variety of materials, including stainless steel, cast iron, aluminium, brass, bronze, and plastic, are used to make flanges. In situations where manholes are impractical and the column sections are flanged in construction, a flanged type collector is appropriate for relatively smaller diameter columns. It sits in the middle of the body flanges.

CHSP Vane Type Liquid Collector

Towers that process high vapor loads and low liquid loads (vacuum service) use the vane collector tray. The annular sump, which may then be taken from the tower or fed to a distributor below using an appropriate feeding system, is where the vane blades guide the liquid that is collected by the overhead liquid. It provides open zones between 40% and 75% and has a modest pressure drop. Additionally, even at high vapor rates, it reduces entrainment.

CHSP Chimney Type Collector

The Chimney tray collector was created specifically to remove liquid products. Before introducing the combination to a liquid distributor over a packed bed, it is utilized to blend the liquid from above with a liquid feed to the column. It is suitable for columns with larger diameters and strong liquid loads. In a chimney-type collector, the incoming liquid is collected and carried out through a shaft or pipe while the gas flow is spread uniformly using covered chimneys. This serves as both a liquid collector and a distributor. This sort of collector might have a significant pressure loss.
